Consolidation without a rip-and-replace
Ration brings communication and collaboration into one workspace, but it does not demand that everything move at once. Because the platform speaks ActiveSync, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, CalDAV and CardDAV, existing clients keep working through a phased migration rather than a single cutover weekend.
Document editing is in testing — until it ships, Ration runs alongside whatever your organisation uses for documents today rather than pretending the gap is not there.

Administration that scales with headcount
At enterprise scale the binding constraint is administration, not capability. Ration sets roles and policy once from a single admin console, and one policy engine applies that decision across every module.
Revocation takes effect immediately rather than at cache expiry — which is the difference between a leaver being off the platform today and being off it whenever the caches happen to turn over. Grants, shares and moderation actions are written to an audit trail.
Deployment that fits the organisation
Ration ships in three editions with the same feature set. Ration Cloud is hosted and maintained by us. The MSP edition runs in a partner environment, serving many customer organisations from one deployment and adding capacity as tenants grow. The on-premise edition deploys to your own hardware or IaaS, where your existing security controls apply.

Continuity for the platform you already run
Ration Continuity is a standalone control plane, currently upcoming, that keeps a prepared working set of your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace ready inside Ration. When an incident takes your provider down, activation is deliberate, audited and recoverable — and it never depends on the provider that failed.
Microsoft 365 is first, with Google Workspace to follow.

For communication and collaboration, yes. Document editing is in testing — until it ships, Ration works alongside whatever you already use.
Do we have to migrate everything at once?
No. Ration speaks the same open standards as your existing clients, so mail, contacts and calendars can move in phases while people keep working in the clients they already have.
What support do large deployments get?
Email support and full documentation are included on every tier. Ration Scale adds priority support, and partner-hosted and on-premise customers escalate directly to engineering.
Can one deployment serve multiple organisations?
Yes — that is the MSP edition. One deployment serves many customer organisations, with capacity added as tenants grow.
