Conversations that leave something behind
Messaging tools are good at the present tense and poor at the past. Ration treats a meeting as a workspace rather than a call link — upcoming, live, past, library and recordings — so the decision made in a call is still findable a quarter later, together with its chat and files.
Tasks and notes sit in the same workspace, so an outcome can become work without being retyped into a separate tracker.

Can we include people outside the organisation?
Yes. External participants can be admitted to specific rooms without gaining access to anything else, and the grant is recorded and immediately revocable.
Does it replace our email?
It can. Ration includes threaded business mail on your own domain, speaking SMTP, IMAP, POP3 and ActiveSync so existing clients connect unchanged.
